My acrylic and watercolor paintings portray people and animals through their gestures and movement. The exciting angles of figures in motion also allow me to compose background shapes that are as strong and interesting as the shapes of the subjects. I strive to tell a story, and express the energy and joy found in a moment in time.

DIRECTIONS TO MYRNA ANDERSON: MAP

From the North, in Sherwood, from the intersection of Tualatin-Sherwood Rd. and Hwy 99W, go south on 99W for 3 miles to Bell Rd. Turn right onto Bell, and follow the road to the left, going under the Railroad trestle 2 miles up the hill to Mountain Home Rd. Go right for .5 mile to 16980.

From the south, in Newberg, from the intersection of Hwy 99W and College, turn left at the light at College, and go north 2.2 miles. Turn right at Bell Rd (North Valley Rd. is on the left) Go 1.3 miles, and at the Y intersection with Springbrook, continue left, up the hill on Bell. At the stop sign, turn right (still Bell Rd.) Take the first left onto Mountain Home Road and go .5 miles to 16980.
