Working largely plein air has allowed me to merge a love of being outdoors with a love of painting. Painting on location and forging an expression of the natural environment’s myriad sensations as the light, shadow and cloud formations rapidly change is an immensely rewarding experience that I share with the viewers of these impressionistic images.

Directions: In McMinnville from Baker St., turn right—or from Adams St., turn left—onto 1st St., then right onto Irvine St. The studio is at 137 SE Irvine St. on the west side of the street.
