Graceful Japanese garden lanterns, cranes, koi, segmented dragons and Raku. These are the forms, images and processes I’m pursuing in my latest work. Imagine a tea ceremony in a moonlit garden surrounded by flickering candles. Watch Raku pieces emerge from the fire.

Directions: From Newberg take Hwy 99W to Lafayette, turn right at Monroe St. (next to Schoolhouse Antiques). Turn right on 7th. Make the next left onto Jackson. Jackson becomes 10th Ct., turn right on Monroe, continue straight and make a right on 13th Ct. The house and studio are at the end of the cul-de-sac. Elaine will share her studio with Blythe Eastman.
