I’ll be showing not only oil landscapes, but abstractions of parts of landscapes, mainly stone forms. I am interested in the textures of stone, the intersections of fractures in basalt and the tension and balance of the resulting compositions. Applying and removing paint with brushes, paper, sponges and sand paper develops the surfaces.

Directions: From McMinnville, go west on Hwy 18, take the Sheridan/Willamina Business Loop exit to the stoplight. Continue straight 1.7 miles to Rock Creek Rd.. (big green tanks). Turn right, follow the curves 1.5 miles to Moriah Ln.. Turn right and come up a hundred yards or so, past the grey house with the big cedar. Follow the 90° turns to the left, then right. Watch for a utility pole, two metal gates and the yellow sign at my driveway to the right.
