Pastel Painting
I offer plein air pastel paintings based on local landscapes and the Oregon Coast. My figurative work starts when something catches my eye; especially people going about their daily activities. Studio pastels are based on reference photographs, sketches and notes. Many of my works are derived from trips to Bolivia and from the streets of La Paz. And then there's my favorite peony paintings!
